Introduction:

THB-3000 Electronic Brinell hardness tester adopts the closed loop sensor to load, the electronic system to control and with 10 steps test force.

Without weight blocks, the tester adopts the motor to load and unload test force, the pressure sensor with 0.5‰ accuracy to feedback the signals, the CPU to control and automatically compensate the test force lost during test. The test force value and dwelling time can be inputted on the touch panel by key in or selection. The tester is with high precision, high repeatability and stability, accuracy readout and easy operation, etc.

Usage Range

Brinell hardness test that shows largest indentation among all hardness tests is able to reflect the comprehensive features of material, and the test is unaffected by the organization micro-segregation and the componential unevenness of specimen; and hence it is a hardness testing method with high precision. The Brinell hardness test is widely used in such industrial fields as metallurgy, forging, casting, unhardened steel and non-ferrous metals industries, as well as in laboratories, universities, colleges and scientific research institutes.
