Main Functions Introduction:

This model fully automatic Brinell hardness tester made according to Chinese standard <<GB/T231.1 (ISO6506-1) Metal Brinell Hardness Test>> is used to test the Brinell hardness value of metals and some non-metals materials.

This hardness testers with high accuracy and automation fits for high-end clients with larger workload test or high precision requirements.

1 Specimen will be raised up automatically

2 Load the test force automatically.

3 Press the indentation automatically.

4 Specimen will be lowered down automatically

5 Turret turns automatically.

6 The image of indentation will be focused automatically.

7 The diameter of indentation will be measured automatically.

8 According to Chinese standard / ASTM standard to exchange the hardness values automatically.

9 Alarm the unqualified values automatically.

10 Make the inspection report subjected by the client automatically.
