Introduction:

THB-3000D Digital Brinell hardness tester with latest design and development reaches the domestic advanced level of new generation Brinell hardness tester. The tester adopts the techniques such as electronic automatically loading, computer making program with software, optical measurement with high magnification, photoelectric sensing system, etc. Every operating procedure and the data of test result will be all displayed on large LCD screen. The data of test result may be output through printer as well.

Usage Range

Brinell hardness test that shows largest indentation among all hardness tests is able to reflect the comprehensive features of material, and the test is unaffected by the organization micro-segregation and the componential unevenness of specimen; and hence it is a hardness testing method with high precision. The Brinell hardness test is widely used in such industrial fields as metallurgy, forging, casting, unhardened steel and non-ferrous metals industries, as well as in laboratories, universities, colleges and scientific research institutes.
